As retired police officers, if I couldn’t handle a 12 year old without a taser, I would have turned in my badge.

How many of you were there?
After over 28 years in law enforcement, I have ‘been there’ many times. To tase a 12 year old tells me the cop was either over anxious to us his new toy, or was afraid of the 12 year old.
