MADISON, Wis. (AP) -- Five men roughed up star Wisconsin running back Montee Ball near campus early Wednesday, inflicting head injuries serious enough to send him to the hospital, authorities said.

I always thought that was a good USMC flick but understand it was supposed to be “Anti-Military”.
With the exception of the XO the depicted Marines were very memorable to ‘Marines I have known’.
Of course I always ‘caught hell’ from ‘others’ when I reflected that N Cage’s ‘job’ in “Windtalkers” was to ‘shoot the Indian’.- At least from my non-military/non-clearance holding acquaintances.
It was ‘nice’ to see Cage have to backtrack when that was suggested to him......
According to the police report, Ball didn't know his attackers, who ranged in size from 5-foot-8 to 6-3. All were African-American males.

I think it’s a great flick. I regret that Tom Cruise went off on that screwball cult tangent and seems to even be getting worse, but the acting is excellent. The silent weapons drill at the opening is fantastic.
