Interesting post. Thank you.
Wow very cool!
Extremely cool. Especially since he had to the good sense to join the NAVY!
He did good during WWII, but wasn’t this the same guy who died a few years ago at age 76 and late in life called himself “Willy Hitler” and said his uncle Adolf wasn’t such a bad guy but was misunderstood and there really is a Jewish cabal to control world communications & finance and I can’t help it if I stand with my arms folded and my feet spread just like Uncle Adolf and speak with a German accent I never had before and....
That one?
Are we to believe he didn’t change his name? Why that’s like having the name Hussein and being the POtUS.
Werner Goering, a nephew of Hermann Goering, was a pilot for the USAAF in WWII and flew many bombing raids over Germany. He was born in Salt Lake City so his parents may have been Mormons who immigrated from Germany.
Who knew Adolf Hitler had great-nephews living in Patchogue, Long Island ?
Thank you for sharing this excellent article. It is proof of the existence of goodness and faith in God in times of great turmoil. Everyone should read this man’s letter completely.
Your posting this led me on a long journey researching the details of the Munich Agreement where Neville Chamberlain appeased Hitler by giving him the Sudeten-Land of Czechoslovakia. I highly recommend that everyone read this bit of history as the parallels between Czechoslovakia in 1938 and Israel today, with Obama being the current day Chamberlain are very thought provoking.
History appears to be destined to repeat itself. Hopefully, by the Grace of God, repetition will be avoided. According to prophesy, I fear that Divine Will will lead us down the same road for a period of time. Hang on to your hat as the weather ahead appears to becoming a bit windy!
On the other hand, maybe it’s just time to get rid of the old wine skin and the old garment to make room for the new! Like birthing pains, the end result will be fabulous.
Thanks for posting. Very interesting.
Not quite in the same league, but Admiral Doenitz’s nephew farmed in western Champaign County in Illinois until a few years ago.

The famous, though likely apocryphal, story is that when he showed up at the Navy recruiting station in Times Square, the Chief asked him his name, and when he replied “Hitler”, the recruiter replied, “Glad to meet ya, mine name’s Hess.”
"Dear uncle Hitler, YOU SUCK!..."
Pity how he took over and runs the democrat party.
