Keystone will be finished some day. That day will be about two years after the President of the US decides to let TransCanada build it.

So, in about 2 to 6 years Keystone will be pumping ethical oil from your biggest trading partner, neighbor, and best ally. It's up to the American voter when this will happen. Somebody should let them know.
