RUSH: Over at The Five, by the way, this show has just cracked the top five of cable news shows, The Five at Five on Fox, and they gave me a 24th anniversary shout-out with Bob Beckel kissing in the background throughout the whole thing.

BECKEL: (making kissing noise)
BOLLING: Congratulations, my good friend, great voice.
PERINO: (clapping) Congrats, Rush.
BECKEL: (making kissing noise)
PERINO: Twenty-four years! That's Bob making that noise in case anybody’s wondering.
RUSH: He's kissing. (kissing noises) Not at me. He's mocking the other co-hosts at The Five. (laughing) I guess we know who the new Jack Germond is. Beckel. Anyway, thanks to the gang over at The Five.

Getting paid big bucks to sit at a table and argue with four other people. Great job if you can get it. I choose not to fall for this joke a show. It’s great for those who enjoy high blood pressure, however.
The others are great but Beckel is DISGUSTING and I mute him when I can. He is SO HATEFUL. Juan Williams or Kirsten Powers wou;d make bettter watching and LISTENING!
I hear you. I think I managed a total of 5 minutes once watching this waste of a show. I will not waste my time like that again. And Beckel is a loathsome slob.
Sooner or later it happens.. You realize, WTF am I doing watching people get paid to engage in a nonstop argument that causes ME to be stressed out? Lately, it seems that’s all Fox is. I realize the socialists have taken Americans’ patience to the limits but WE DON’T NEED TO HAVE THE SENSATIONAL BE RE-SENSATIONALIZED AND FORCED DOWN OUR THROATS! And that includes YOU TOO Hannity, Megyn Kelly and O’Reilly. ARGH!!!!! EVERYTHING IS A ‘FOX NEWS ALERT’, ARGHHHHH!!!!!!
Beckel was ok, in the first 6-7-8 month. But lately he has become the same way when he is on Hannity. I always mute him there and I have found myself muting him now on The Five.
Juan Williams was okay when he was first hired full time, but now he’s gone back to his old liberal roots and I refuse to listen to any liberal
I agree with your view. I hold the same.
I would encourage kids to watch it. No teen would want to be like Beckel. Gutfeld helps bridge the gap between the grown-ups playing politics and the youth. Otherwise, to those already aware what’s going on.. My advice is to stay the hell away from ‘The Five’. It’s injurious to longevity.

I hate the show myself. Just a total waste of time and so predictable.
The Five is a great foil to The View. The Five has four conservatives and one liberal, The View, four nitwit liberals and one smart and savvy conservative.
To see K-Gyl or Tanteros is worth it for me.
The leg chair (like Redye) and the shoes those girls wear, TSSSSSSSSS are smoking hot.
Gutfeld cracks me up too. I like him.
