Unemployment rises, WH calls it ‘evidence’ of recovery
Washington Examiner ^ | August 3, 2012 | Joel Gehrke

President Obama’s top economic aide described the July jobs report — which shows a small increase in the national unemployment rate — “further evidence” that the economy is recovering.

“While there is more work that remains to be done, today’s employment report provides further evidence that the U.S. economy is continuing to recover from the worst downturn since the Great Depression,” Alen Krueger, chair of the White House Council of Economic Advisers, wrote.

He made the White House’s oft-repeated caveat that  “it is important not to read too much into any one monthly report,” but offered today’s numbers as a ratification of Obama’s policies.

“It is critical that we continue the policies that build an economy that works for the middle class as we dig our way out of the deep hole that was caused by the severe recession that began in December 2007,” Krueger said.

Krueger noted that non-farm payroll increased by 163,000 jobs. But the Labor Department figures showed that 195,000 fewer Americans had jobs this month as opposed to last month.

Repeat a lie loud enough and long enough, the general public begins to doubt their own common sense... humans rationalize, “maybe they know something I don’t know... surely they wouldn’t lie about a thing like that... if it were a lie, how could they just stand there and act like its the truth?...”

And he said this with a straight face?

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me 40 times, shame on me.

Last week I told the office liberal that fewer people were working today, than the day Barry took office.

He had not read that in his source for news (Rolling Stone), so he didn’t believe it.

So, how many people were working in Jan 2009? - 133.5 million.

How many today? 133.3 million.

All this ‘Obama created jobs’ and the ‘economy is recovering’ is just a complete fantasy.

“It is critical that we continue the policies that build an economy that works for the middle class as we dig our way out of the deep hole that was caused by the severe recession that began in December 2007,” Krueger said."

This needs some fixing that 99.999% of the conservative talking heads never use to refute the distortion shown above.

“It is critical that we continue the policies that build an economy that works for the middle class as we dig our way out of the deep hole that was caused by the severe recession that began immediately after democrats took over both houses in congress in 2008 after years of growth even in the aftermath of 9/11”.

The only way owebama gets re-elected is if the regime’s campaign figgers out a way to slip the drugs that Krueger is taking into the water supply.

I’m on a well so I’ll be OK.

Obama: Hi, I am Barack Obama and I created (shhhhh) or SAVED! S-A-V-E-D, with a Capital "S" -- 133.3 million jobs.

"Hey Hussein, you only CREATED 200,000 jobs!"

Obama: Shhhhhhh. That's true... but I SAVED SAVED SAVED 133.3 million jobs!!!!!!!!

MSM: If you have a job, you didn't keep it. Barack Obama did that for you. You must vote for Obama if you want to save your job.

Rat Math:

Budget “cut”: reduction in rate of govt spending growth.

Jobs “improvement”: reduction in rate of unemployment increase.
