Nothing new to can this year, but better tomatoes since I planted only Romas. I’m canning a bunch tomorrow. They blanch well, peel easy and fit in the wide mouth jars. I’ll be canning some cayannes by mid-week so I have Titan’s gas mask standing by, lol.
