As I said on another post, corporations bend over backwards to appease individuals like Adam Smith and avoid potential lawsuits with inane diversity statements, mindless, meaningless sensitivity training, creating make-work jobs hiring useless diversity “specialists”, EEO coordinators, etc. It’s refreshing to see one of these pompus,self righteous, holier-than-thou hypocrites get what they so richly deserve. It’s one thing to have a different viewpoint, how dare this SOB pretend to be above it all when he turns out to be the REAL hater. And then goes into CYA mode trying to pull off a disingenuous apology. I guess I suffer from hypocrisy intolerance syndrome.

I will give you a nickle of credit how you started out apologizing to the woman you verbally assaulted JUST for doing her job. But every single excuse you gave for what you did is something you’re doing to JUSTIFY the horrible actions you took.
Then you further magnify your stupidity by INTENTIONALLY wanting to go to work and waste the company resources in making a personal video...again. If I was your boss, the MOMENT you mentioned making another video, you would have been escorted off the property with a restraining order in your hand by the end of business, even if the president of the company had to get on his hands and knees to beg a judge to make the order.
What you REALLY need to do is KNOW and UNDERSTAND that people have not only a RIGHT to a difference of an opinion than yours, but further that the entire cultural history of the human race carries just a tiny bit more weight than some momentary flight of fancy by homosexuals to corrupt the sacred ceremonies of others to use the power of government to FORCE others to accept their lifestyle.
This isn’t about freedom, this is about compelling through force of law and bullying to not only recognize these relationships, but to force people to accept them and raise them to the same level as marriage.
Guess what - all you are doing is awakening people to just how wrong our government overreach is. Far more than the Pelosi/ObamaCare, you have absolutely highlighted, through your actions, and through the actions of other haters out there, just how much YOU are protected, yet the rest of us are nothing more than targets for your hatred.
If I was in a car, and I screamed and yelled at a guy in a window because he was gay, I would be in jail. There wouldn’t even be a moment’s consideration by law enforcement before I was in cuffs and in a jail cell, with likely a million dollar bail.
Yet you get to scream and yell, but you’re NOT in jail, because you took the ‘approved’ message. You, by any rational standard, committed a ‘hate’ crime, yet it is not a crime, because, and my mind still can not fully wrap itself around it, because you, a ‘strong male’ screamed at a ‘working woman’, but because you were screaming about a MORE protected minority, that’s just fine.
I mean, seriously, the only standard you freaking liberals have are DOUBLE standards. That’s it; no rule applies to you in your crusade, but in just writing this response, I’m likely opening myself up to criminal prosecution, because I’m not speaking the approved message.
I seriously offer my sincerest condolences to your wife and children, and am sure that she never expected her husband to be such an utter and complete jerk. I’m sorry for your children who will likely have to suffer years, if not a decade, of hearing about how their father is the ‘yelling dad.’ And I’m sorry that they are going to financially suffer because of your moronic actions.

I can relate to the President, CEO/COO or Chairman, when they learned of his juvenile behavior.
I guess his/her response was...Oh no... we don’t want or need this stupidity associated with our company, let alone an officer.
I suspect he is already known in the workplace for interjecting his personal beliefs into the day to day environment.
He may have even been counseled previously. The rapid response by firing him is evidence of good management.
