I don’t really know what the solution is to educating older black (or white) Dems. They honestly think their party is on the side of virtue and they never examine anything that the party says - or doesn’t say, but which is understood.

A big part of this is because older people of any color listen to the MSM with much more dedication than younger people, and since older people vote, the MSM (even though it is populated by much younger Dems) has a lot of clout among the unreflective Dem voters.

Maybe encourage Fox to try to stay at least a little to the right and encourage them to get their news from Fox instead of CNN?

The MSM almost ignored the probably millions of people who turned out on Weds. to support freedom of speech, but had so many reporters at various locations to watch the “gay kiss-in” that the police had to be called. So people who get their news from this source are going to get a very distorted view and will be very hard to deal with. Maybe they’ll all have to be one-on-one, like Lloyd Marcus’ dad.

I heard a radio interview with Allen West a few days ago, on Howie Carr’s (Boston) show. Every caller was supportive and appreciative of West until the very end. A maniacal individual named Dave, who has called other shows, a one-trick pony is a way to describe his antics, used words and phrases such as “buffoon” and “99% of blacks think you are a joke.” West, unaware of the guy who is black, called him “a typical white liberal progressive...” Dems despise seeing a person of color strong and to the right.
