Unfortunately in DC these types of GOP are very common. Usually they are just unprincipled yuppies whose rich daddy may have been a Republican or or they became a Republican so that they could get the job. A lot of the crap we deal with in the grasroots is because of people this advising and working for our elected officials. I became a Republican during the 94 Republican Revolution. I did it because Republicans demonstrated principles social and fiscal. Too many of these types view politics and government as some damn game. I’m proud though that we at the grass roots are changing the game. It isn’t without its challenges or set backs but we are on the right path. We just need to keep standing up and push the line rather than just holding it.

thanks for that info. You come by conservatism honestly...and Agreed-
better to struggle for the right things at the grassroots level than go astray at the DC yuppified level. and yep, keep pushing.
