The guy in Phoenix does not have 4 acres..only 1.5...but that is not the point. The neighborhood was zoned residential, not commercial and the guy was moving his property towards more of a commercial use.

Again there are hundreds of thousands of Bible studies in homes throughout this country every week without any problem.

Churches are not commercial, and have traditionally been solely located in residential neighborhoods.
