It is cooler, but so dry. We are in a higher fire danger than we were last year. Much more fuel from the earlier rains and now nothing.

I don’t have to work today. My next shift is tomorrow afternoon. I’ve been doing chores around the house today. Just taking care of the pup for now.

And it's been an unco nasty Monday for me. Dr's appointment this morning - arrived 20 min early but was not seen until an hour after my appointment time - and then by a nurse practitioner instead of the Dr.! Not happy with that one at all! Finally got to the office at 12:30 - chained to the desk until 7:00 this evening. GRRR!!!!

I hope you've had a better Monday than I have! Back to the Salt Mines!
