He does indeed use the word “conservative” pretty loosely if he considers either Romney or Rice as conservatives.If they thought it would bring them one micro-inch closer to within sniffing distance of any real scrap of power or control: CINOs would enthusiastically anoint Elizabeth Warren as a true conservative. ;)
