What ever happened to that guy that shot some 13 soldiers at Fort Hood? Apparently he's been growing a beard. Showed up in court with it and the judge fined him for contempt of court.
Eventually, (maybe after the election ?) they will get around to finishing the pre-trial. When the trial might (if) occur is another story.
