Also absent -- Rick Santorum, Sarah Palin, and anyone the base would consider a strong conservative. And, there will apparently be no Ron Paul appearance, which disrespects the two ends of the GOP.
I’m already falling asleep.
McCain is a loser and a traitor to the conservative cause.
Condi Rice is a social liberal, aka RINO.
Keynote will be a RINO.
Count on it.
I know the headline is misleading by only naming McCain, Huck and Condi, but the idea that our biggest stars are people from the past is crazy. We have elected a slew of total bad-asses in the past few years (and not just hard core conservatives). We have Christie, Rubio, Lee, Toomey, West, so many other Senators, governors, and congressman. To ‘headline’ with McCain Huck and Condi is crazy.
Palin would completely steal the show.......and they full-well know it. Can’t have that, now, can we....
Sure can’t have someone as “polarizing” as a Sarah Palin, donchaknow.
All those three wouldn’t make a decent conservative if you put them all in a blender and mixed them up and then drained off the liberalism/progressivism.... Heck you wouldn’t even get a shot glass full of middle right conservatism...
They won't be thinking that for much longer.
Now there is a winning combo. NOT!!
Three more reasons not to watch.
[To headline with McCain, Huck and Condi is crazy.]
It is a poke in the eye to the Tea Party.
When the party is PROGRESSIVE and the leadership is PROGRESSIVE and the candidate is PROGRESSIVE, then when those that speak at “THEIR” convention are all PROGRESSIVE... what you are left with are PROGRESSIVES.
LLS
Two big mistakes, alienate the conservatives.
Theres not one of the GOP candidates from the 2012 primary...
Besides Sanctorum and Paul, wheres Newt, Parry, Cain, etc ???
The convention is usually a place to bring the party fractions back together to forgive and forget and rally around and behind the nominee...
Is Willard afraid of a 1976 Ronald Reagan moment ???
or a 1964 George Romney moment ???
I can’t wait to see how all the Ron Paul Acolytes treat old McLame. It would not surprise me if he gets booed in the middle of his speech.
It will be Conservatism for Dummies!
The GOP refuses to learn anything from their dismal past.
That’s why they are losing financial support from many who are now contributing to the tea party.
Yawn! ...Still looking for a reason to give.
"GOP, Romney to Tea Party: DROP DEAD!"
No thanks. I can’t watch McCain for more than 30 seconds without shooting the tv.
