In other words....Penn State University will lose in court....but Joe Paterno (his estate) will more than likely prevail in their individual lawsuit (mainly re-instating JoePas wins)Joe got many of those wins because he didn't turn Sandusky in. How does anyone figure what Joe's record ought to be had he done the right thing at the beginning?

Also, the NCAA has egg on its face from letting PSU skate until now, especially given what they've done to other programs.
I'll predict the suit will be dropped or dismissed after the NCAA and PSU admins clue in the out-of-the-loop trustees filing suit.
