He was apparently arming up not long before, and or prior to or even during his talk with the University Director of mental health, which appears was weeks prior to when the Director notified the U PD.

Not good for the U and or the city if they were too were informed, as they would have likely seen the recent purchases etc. Very bad news.

I wonder what information was passed on to the U PD. The fact that everything is under seal makes this a little bit more than just troubling. It is beginning to look like a political coverup.
