That is what they are doing when they want a sex change operation but don’t want to pay for it. Some states have made deemed it a ‘medical necessity’.

So, that's it? A fellow could make a living renting out rooms for liver transplant folks in Rhode Island. Maybe build a corner liquor store so they wouldn't have to go that far to commit an armed robbery.

Jail it and they will come!

I'm on record saying that people in prison should not get health care. No medical, no dental, no check-ups, no prescriptions.

Medical care is not a "right" under the Constitution, and while you are in prison, you don't get any. It's bad enough that prison is "three hots and cot" for social reprobates, it certainly should not be "all you can eat" health care too.

Happened here in Washington state.

Mitchel Rupe, a coldhearted fat f**k pos walks into a bank in Olympia and shoots two tellers.

Guy comes to take his wife, one of the tellers to lunch, and she dies in his arms.

Rupe is convicted and sentenced to death by hanging, but sues up to the Supreme Court calling it cruel and unusual because he’s such a fat slob he might be decapitated.

Wins the suit, his sentence is commuted, a few years later this pig gets a kidney? transplant courtesy of the State of Washington.

Dies in prison way, way too late.

ZERO justice in that case! ZERO!!

robbery, possession of stolen car parts and conspiracy.

Since 2006, he has also been sentenced multiple times on assorted drug-possession charges, including possession of and intent to deliver cocaine.

Sent a note to an editor asking for them to run a correction.

This is paid for by TAXPAYERS, NOT by the “state” or the “federal government”!

We can’t win this battle if we cede the terms of the debate to the other side.
