A spokesperson for the board confirmed the request and that the Attorney Generals involvement.
Goode is a former congressman running for president under the Constitution Party. He will appear on the ballot in many other states, but he has yet to qualify for his home state of Virginia.
Virgil Goode represented Virginias 5th congressional district until he was defeated by Democrat Tom Perriello in 2007
Obama will come to his defense anytime so that Virgil can bleed off enough voted to cause Virginia to go to Obama.
“At issue are “similarities in handwriting” for different signatures on the petitions... “
Even the Dem on the Board voted for an investigation.
Obama gonna be mad at her!
if he has the signatures, he has every right to be on the ballot. Smells to me.
Sounds like it won’t be any problem for Goode though. He already has 8,000 validated sigs.
The Green Party and Democrats will have the candidates they want on the ballot!
Hope they throw the book at the apparent cheater.
You gotta understand. The mittbots don’t really care if there’s fraud or not. They just want to clear the field for their master.
They get more like democrats every day.
