In one of the more loathsome displays of this election season, Obama campaign adviser Robert Gibbs, appearing on today's Morning Joe, refused to criticize an ad from an Obama-endorsed Super PAC that accuses Mitt Romney of being responsible for a woman's death from cancer.
The former Obama press secretary used every tired dodge in the book to evade criticizing the commercial. Gibbs variously claimed that: he hadn't seen the ad; wasn't familiar with the specifics of the woman's case, and didn't want to announce a general policy on denouncing false Super PAC ads. His evasions were too much not only for Joe Scarborough, who pointed out that the PAC was run by former Obama staffer Bill Burton. Mark Halperin and even for Sam HuffPo's Stein joined in the grilling of Gibbs. To his credit, expressing with frustration that they "would never get you to condemn the ad," Stein pointed out that while the woman lost health coverage under her husband's policy when Bain put the company into bankruptcy, she continued to have health coverage via her own employment. Stein added that the incident occurred in 2006, long after even the Obama campaign admits Romney had nothing to do with Bain.

Bottom-dweller Robert Gibbs refuses to criticize Romney-responsible-for-women’s-death ad. Ping to Today show list.
Had her own insurance.
Died in 2006.
Her husband got paid by to lie.
The aid is an outright lie.
Gibbs is amongst a gang of Chicago thugs currently occupying the Lie House.
evil little trolls that crawled out from under their bridges... lying, cheating, stealing everything they have.
I guess once you’ve been paid to lie for a living it becomes a hard habit to break. Or, it could just come naturally to him as it does so many in politics.
If I am Roomey I slam Obama credibilty over and over on this Ad
Giblets wouldn’t criticize the ad even if it called Romney a pedophile and a KKK member..............
Speaking of “Lie House”... why is Obama not being forced to release his sealed records.. sealed by Executive Order 13489. Why are Obamas school records not available for public scrutiny? He has spent over 4 million in legal fees to keep these records sealed. Obama has never been properly “vetted”. He is a complete FRAUD!
Axelrod and Gibbs know exactly what they’re doing. In 08 they absurdly implied Hillary was racist. yet the Clinton campaign spent time and resources tamping down the accusation. While Romney wants to talk economy, Obama is painting an image;Romney killed a woman:Romney didn’t pay his taxes; Romney killed jobs. Maybe Romney’s people have been reading and following John Boyd, but Gibbs and Axelrod have been reading Marshall McLuhan. In a TV, and now an internet age, people respond to the visual and visceral, not the actual fact. Think Goldwater and the Daisies or the saw slicing off the East Coast in ‘64. Defending yourself with facts will not erase the image that’s been planted.
This is classic McLuhan and shows an understanding of media, the aptitude of the American voter, and the talent for creating image that Don Draper on his best day could only fantasize about.
and as far as Robert Gibbs goes he is also a fraud..he knows if he speaks evil of Hussein he will be fired and his a$$ kicked to boot...
the man in the nasty ad..looks close to death as well, he is not a healthy specimen..oh those LIBERALS.
You have to wonder what further proof is needed that this guy is one exceptionally dumb turd.
Pedophile, KKK member...that's coming up soon.
and STILL ... Halperin and Stein (and likely Scarborough) will vote for Obama.
But he probably won't
“sealed by Executive Order 13489”
So,,,,, if Romney becomes prez, can he rescind that order, and “un-seal” o’s records?
I’m sure they are preparing a response ad to this one. They need to run it in Ohio.
I hope that God has a very special place in Hell for these beings (I refuse to call them [people).
Wait are we talking about Romney or Harry Reid?
