The woman who told police she forgot her 2-year-old nephew in the back seat of her car Monday pleaded not guilty in court to child abuse resulting in death.
The toddler, who documents identify only as G.T., died Monday after being left in a car for eight hours outside the daycare where his aunt worked.

Rodriguez-Miramontes, 19, was born in Mexico and has been in the U.S. since she was 9, her lawyer told KOB.

Here since she’s 9 so she is a dreamer under the executive order.
My negligence has resulted in one or two cassettes or CD’s being fried in a car but *never* has a child fried in a car under my control.
People who “forget” kids in cars should not be able to care for or have custody of small children.
You don’t “forget” kids.

Just the Aztec way...... sacrificed to the Sun God.
I’m sure the Mexicano murderers, hussein and holder, will make sure this chica gets voting rights by November.
This happens every year - people leave pets or children in hot cars and they die. Are people really still that ignorant?
There is news coverage of this every year....EVERY YEAR! Child abuse, manslaughter....throw every book that is relevant at these idiots.
I agree!
How on earth can you forget a child is in the car??
and when I go out to stores, dog stays home.
