I am a practial, practicing Traditional' Roman Catholic and as such have a different view of your new religion and the princes of your new faith. I believe wholeheartedly that those who run your new religion now were happy when, subsequent to Vatican II, they threw everything out the window and you were left with paltry little. First, there are numerous ironies here, not least the fact that Smith himself was a kind of ur-Kennedy, minimizing his religion for the sake of votes. He was a Catholic hero only in the tribal sense - "he was one of our boys".

Second, yes, Ann Barnhardt goes at Cardinal Dolan with a meat cleaver, Here (Link) Scroll down about 1/6 of the way until you come to the words, "TO HELL ITH 'NICE'. TO HELL WITH IT."

I do not recommend Miss Barnhardt's attitude here. It's rash judgment, i.e. interpreting someone else's motivations at the absolute worst. This --- assessing someone's interior dispositions --- ios something we must not presume to do.

It certainly does look like Dolan had not, still has not, thought the requisite 4 chess moves ahead. Yikes, what a bad situation.
