resident Obama urged Colorado voters to support him today by citing, among others, the very reason that he remains a vulnerable incumbent.
[W]eve come too far to turn back now, Obama said in Pueblo, Colo. Weve got too much more work to do. Weve got too many good jobs weve got to create. Weve got too many teachers we still need to hire. Weve got too many schools we need to rebuild. He also emphasized his belief in the renewable energy industry in Colorado, the need to support college students, and to disengage the military from foreign conflicts.
If Obama had fewer jobs still in need of creating, he might not have to fight so hard to keep his own. The national unemployment rate rose to 8.3 percent last month the second time it has increased this year as it remained above 8 percent nationally for the 42nd straight month.

“I was forced to hear this while at the airport this morning (with their constant barrage of CNN 24/7)...
I couldnt help but to laugh out loud when I heard this!”
You just inspired a campaign idea! Namely, station people in public places where CNN plays 24/7 (even if they have to buy a plane ticket to get into an airport) and have them laugh out loud when groups are present when stupid stuff gets said or shown on CNN. Even better, use a PAIR of people and then they can make such comments to each other OUT LOUD so others around get to hear the conversation.
This would be an extremely effective campaign technique, seemingly over-hearing such conversation from apparent strangers who are apparently VERY well informed, you know, citing some startling facts and statistics to each other back up their wry and knowing snide remarks.
I’ll tell you (exactly) the reason this race is so close.
And the reason the last race was close. Etc.
We continue to ship jobs overseas. Period. An ever-shrinking portion of Americans work.
And those who don’t are Democrats. The ever-shrinking portion of American who work, are Republicans.
Until we bring back jobs, it will become ever-harder to win a clear majority.
So: Bring. Back. Jobs.
Now.
