Well as I see it, Romney is far from meek, as evidenced in the primaries, specifically Florida. He slashed and burned Gingrich with lies, innuendo, and even trotted Mrs. Gingrich #2 out to meet and greet......where is the Romney we used to know? He is doing a John McCain remake and losing his base hoping he may get one gay boy scout to vote for him.

As you say, Mitt is not meek. If Obie's puking slime isn't enough to engage and enrage, nothing will be. He'd probably prefer not to get vicious if he doesn't need to, but he wants it very badly, so he'll fight back if needed.

He actually could be quite good in this job. I don't think he has a liberal bone in his body, despite his Mass. record amongst the libs.
