This is happening in workplaces throughout the country. This is what happens when unprotected classes (straight white males) work with protected classes (female AND lesbian is a TWOFER!). In this case, females act with impunity including harassing males and males are powerless and unable to find any attorney in the land who would take a case in their defense. Attorneys laugh in the face of white males and say ‘you don’t have a chance.. Good bye.’. That’s what the Civil Rights Act has done to America. Mix the Civil Rights Act with a female-saturated workplace, and what do you get? A destroyed, dysfunctional workplace where nothing gets done but plenty gets talked about!

If you're a black lesbian female with a limp, you've hit a grand slam in the work world. All the boxes are checked.

Exhibit (A):

DPD(Dallas) Sgt. Left Holding Bag Over Chick-Fil-A Sandwich (CBSLocal.com 8/8/12)

The controversy over Chick-Fil-A may now have impacted the Dallas Police Department.

CBS 11 has learned a Dallas Police Sergeant brought a sandwich from the embattled restaurant chain to work with him last Wednesday, August 1, a day known around the country as Chick-Fil-A Appreciation Day.

When the Sergeant arrived at his post at the Southeast patrol, words were exchanged between himself and two female officers.

...The Dallas Police Association, who represents all three of the officers, say they are getting two versions of the story, and while they are neutral on the issue, the association is frustrated by a move made by the department before the investigation was complete.

The DPA points out the two female officers happen to be homosexuals...

The association says what concerns them most is that before the internal investigation into the matter was resolved the sergeant was moved to a midnight shift at the Lew Sterret Justice Center, which the association views as punishment

I agree 1000 percent. My son, a white male, was just hired by a governmental agency in San Fran three weeks ago and already a person in a protected class has complained that he hasn't invited him to some meetings. My son, a senior network engineer, had some reservations about accepting a position in SF government, did so anyway and is now extremely regretful. He told me the man is lazy, never at his desk, always visiting others in the office and continually asks basic 101 questions about networking. I told him to start documenting to protect himself.

He has contacted a recruiter and is currently looking for another position back in private industry.
