I would think it’d depend where on Superior you’re at.

We boated on a large lake to a long, thin strip of land right in the middle of it. The strip of land couldn’t be more than 15 feet wide. On one side the water was frigid cold, hard to tolerate for more than a few minutes. The other side was like bathwater.
