It certainly is not the marauding criminal gangs on dirt bikes that I observe during broad daylight in the City of Baltimore buzzing City Hall and Central Police HQ. Oh, never mind, strike that.
The official word is that there are NO dirt bikes in Baltimore. After all, they have been outlawed.
