This is very rare. Normally woman don’t have sexual harassment charges against them. This is either political, disgruntled employees, or she is really a head case.

I think it’s probably pretty common for feminists/lesbians in work environments that support their agenda. My old university had several lawsuits based on stuff like this. Most lesbians have daddy issues and, like any brand of authority complex, they chaff under it and become tyrants with it.
