Too bad the people of LA will have to pay it instead of the cops themselves. The cops (if they did it) should be financially ruined and imprisoned for many years. This is why you should always have a decoy dog with you for the cops to shoot to take out their aggression.

It's getting to the point in this country that you need a video recording of any interaction you have with any government officials. And the camera better be well hidden with offsite storage because otherwise the recording will "disappear".
