You’re absolutely right. The “great silent majority” of forty years ago is about rise up & bite the liberals where it hurts worst. Chick Fil-A Appreciation Day was their warning but they’ll resort to class warfare as usual. The Dems are already hammering Paul Ryan as a conservative and they actually think that’s really going to hurt the Republican ticket.
FWIW I still have my grandfather’s 78 rpm collection plus my own stack of LP’s. A “broken record” is usually a scratched record, and sometimes the scratch can be re-aligned. Then there’s messing with the turntable speeds & spinning records backwards and all the silly stuff kids used to do. And when I asked my Dad for an increase in allowance he said, “Son, you sound like a broken record.”
