This is a photo of Michael P. Ward II taking command of the USS Pittsburgh on August 3. A week later, he would be relieved of duty. No doubt one of the shortest commands of a submarine in Naval history.
Major fail! When the UCMJ gets done with him, he'll be swabbing decks.
