The British royal marines don;t even let women serve and they finsih their training with a 30 mile march, run over cross country, over swamps carrying weight in combat kit in just 8 hours then carry the next guy a distance right after, then do pull ups, sit ups, etc How on this earth can a woman serve and be next to a guy in combat?

Not really a fair comparison. The Royal Marines are an elite light infantry commando force that specialises almost completely in combat (which is why there are no women). The USMC is like a whole separate branch of the military with its own logistics and support units and outside of the combat units the minimal fitness requirements and training for your average US Marine (not including the combat specialists) doesn't need to be anywhere near as tough as it has to be for your average Royal Marine.
