‘due diligence’....geeesh!
I think the key phrase in your post is ‘I was raised...’, as in past tense.

Well, I am sure I do not have to point out to you that due diligence ALSO means ‘an act with a certain standard of care”.
As to my association with Christ, yes I was raised RC but no longer practice which does not interfere with my positive personal feelings in regards to Christ.
What would Christ think of this priests lack of ‘due diligence’?
