One other interesting aspect of this case is that the court docket identifies the case as Newland v. Sebelius. For a Catholic business owner to find himself in a legal dispute with a government agency led by a "Catholic" cabinet member over religious and moral standards like this is an 'effing outrage.

While that clown Archbishop Timmy Dolan runs around preparing for his appearance with Romney and Obama at the Al Smith Dinner, he ought to take a few minutes to call Kathy Sebelius and tell her to get the f#$& off the backs of these Catholic business owners who are trying to live their lives according to their Catholic faith.

So, if I understand this correctly, the Government can force you to violate your religious beliefs. Now we must sue the Muslim meat markets to make them carry Kosher meats, as well as bacon/pork sausage/ham. Seems that what’s good for one is good for all. Under the current administration, those that have need to support those who don’t want to work for it. So let’s be good citizens and sue for pork.
