Cut This Ad! Clinton COS on Ryan: ‘This Guy is Amazing.’
The weekly Standard ^ | Aug 14, 2012 | William Kristol

“Have any of you all met Paul Ryan? We should get him to come to the university. I’m telling you this guy is amazing. ... He is honest, he is straightforward, he is sincere. And the budget that he came forward with is just like Paul Ryan. It is a sensible, straightforward, serious budget and it cut the budget deficit just like we did, by $4 trillion. … The president as you remember, came out with a budget and I don’t think anybody took that budget very seriously. The Senate voted against it 97 to nothing."

Obama budget defeated 99-0 in Senate

http://www.washingtontimes.com/blog/inside-politics/2012/may/16/obama-budget-defeated-99-0-senate/

Romney should ention this A LOT at the debates.

How can Obama defend his “leadership” when his plan got not a single vote from his own party?

2nd time ? the Senate with a Democrat majority has voted unanimously against one of his budgets.

I hope Clinton comes out at the convention and torpedoes Obama in his speech.

You know- Damning with faint praise, etc...

I think he has it in him to do it.

Obama Promised That “Once The Bipartisan Fiscal Commission [Simpson-Bowles] Finishes Its Work, I Will Spend The Next Year Making The Tough Choices Necessary To Further Reduce Our Deficit And Lower Our Debt.”

Don’t count on it. What Bubba will do is praise himself, and let a little reflected glory spill onto Bam.

It wasn't just that he praised Ryan, but he damned Bobo with faint praise -- or actually none at all:

“Have any of you all met Paul Ryan? We should get him to come to the university. I’m telling you this guy is amazing. ... He is honest, he is straightforward, he is sincere. And the budget that he came forward with is just like Paul Ryan. It is a sensible, straightforward, serious budget and it cut the budget deficit just like we did, by $4 trillion. … The president came out with his own plan ... as you remember, came out with a budget and I don’t think anybody took that budget very seriously. The Senate voted against it 97 to nothing. He therefore after a lot of pressure from folks like me, uh, he came out with a new budget framework, and in that new budget framework, he cut, he cut the budget deficit by $4 trillion dollars over 12 years, and to, be candid, this, this $4 trillion dollars cut was very heavily back-end loaded, so if you looked at it on a 10-year basis, and compared apples to apples, it really was about a $2 1/2 trillion dollar cut." -- Erskine Bowles, fmr. Chief of Staff for President Bill Clinton

The Libmoronics gymnastics the Democratics are engaging in would win a Gold Medal --- In Alice's Wonderland.
There are a few thing we must keep reminding the ignorant and clueless moron voters about :

Bipartisanship requires at least two parties to exist, by definition.
Similarly, "gridlock" also requires the active participation of at least two parties.

WHY HAVEN'T WE HAD A NATIONAL BUDGET FOR FOUR YEARS?
Even when the president owned both houses of Congress, we got no budget.

WTF?
Winning The Future?

Clearly, no rational adult would consistently blame only one of the parties for ineptitude and incompetence.
LibMoronicSpeak.

Imagine that your family consisted entirely of immature and irresponsible teenagers. How long would your family exist with their concept of a budget (assuming that in the real world there would be an unlimited source of loans?)
I assume that you have experienced teenagers as described personally or somewhere among family or friends.

Why should a similar approach to fical responsibility work on a national level in the country with the largest economy on earth?

I don’t think Clinton cares much for the Kenyan.

I saw a Lefty comment on YouTube claiming that Erskine Bowles was not truly a democrat. It would appear that you have to be clearly to the left of Karl Marx to be a Democrat anymore.
