They don’t specify in the video clip, but you can bet the enactment thereof will simply make it easier for the State to deny applications.

Rules to make the requirements for training to obtain the CCW permit considerably more restrictive than they are now. The current rules are based on the passed legislation, which allows nearly any training to qualify for the CCW permit. It is pretty close to what is required for the Florida permit. Almost any type of formal training, including hunter safety training is sufficient at present.

The statists/rinos are upset that an organization like Wisconsin Carry can train several hundred people at once on the legal requirements and basic safety rules. There are also a number of trainers who charge considerable fees that are unhappy with Wisconsin Carry doing it for free. I understand that one of the restrictions is on the number of people in the classroom.
