You're right. Romney showed us something very encouraging when he picked Ryan. He's NOT needy and insecure. He wants the best team possible. That's good for the country.
Conversely when Obama picked Biden he showed us his weakness - that he needs to feel superior those those around him. Biden wasn't a good choice for the country. He's not smart enough to handle the job of President if circumstances moved him into that spot... - Obama didn't care. Obama put himself first and the country second. It's telling.
