Okay, kiddies. Reality check here.

I was at GWU when Humma was there. The MSA was like any other religious student organization and being elected as a board member of that student group isn't significant in any way. It's just something Muslim students did to socialize, just as the Jews did at the Halal and the Catholics did at the Newman Center.

I know for many of you, her being a Muslim is all you need to know to condemn her. But really - she's just another liberal Democrat ding-bat - and you need to stop being mouthbreathers and led around by purely anti-Muslim trolls.

That I’m sure was true for many Muslim students, but for one with intellectual jihadist parents, I think it’s another story.

Whether or not she’s an infiltrator, she’s got too many associations of the wrong type to be in such a sensitive state position.

Well perhaps it is high time that you started looking into that oh so innocent "social/religious organization" the MSA as well as its parent group, the Mooselimb Bros.

The first Muslim Brotherhood organization in America was the Muslim Students Association (MSA), founded in the early 1960s at the University of Illinois. MSA spread quickly across American college campus and spawned Muslim professional groups when their leaders graduated and entered professional life. The founders of most Muslim Brotherhood groups in the United States can be traced back to the MSA.

Other prominent Muslim Brotherhood groups in the United States include the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), through which the Brotherhood lobbies and 'advises' the highest levels of the US government from its office on the Capitol Hill; the North American Islamic Trust (NAIT), the funnel through which Saudi oil money is used to buy and build mosques and Islamic schools across the United States; and the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA).

The alphabet soup below is a partial list of the Muslim Brotherhood front organizations and affiliates in the United States.

• American Muslim Council (AMC)
• American Trust Publications (ATP)
• Americans for Constructive Engagement (AMCE)
• Association of Muslim Scientists and Engineers (AMSE)
• Association of Muslim Social Scientists (AMSS)
• Audio-Visual Center (AVC)
• Baitul Mal, Inc. (BMI)
• Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR)
• Fiqh Council of North America (FCNA)
• Foundation for International Development (FID)
• Holy Land Foundation (HLF)
• Islamic Association for Palestine (IAP)
• Islamic Book Service (IBS)
• Islamic Centers Division (ICD)
• Islamic Circle of North America (ICNA)
• Islamic Education Department (IED)
• Islamic Free Market Institute (IFMI)
• Islamic Housing Cooperative (IHC)
• Islamic Information Center (IIC).
• Islamic Medical Association (IMA)
• Islamic Society of North America (ISNA) • Islamic Teaching Center (ITC)
• International Institute for Islamic Thought (IIIT)
• Malaysian Islamic Study Group (MISG)
• Mercy International Association (MIA)
• Muslim American Society (MAS)
• Muslim Arab Youth Association (MAYA)
• Muslim Businessmen Association (MBA)
• Muslim Communities Association (MCA)
• Muslim Public Affairs Council (MPAC)
Muslim Student Association (MSA)
• Muslim Youth of North America (MYNA)
• North American Islamic Trust (NAIT)
• Occupied Land Fund (OLF)
• United Association for Studies and Research (UASR)
The first Muslim Brotherhood organization in America was the Muslim Students Association (MSA), founded in the early 1960s at the University of Illinois.

According to the Team B II Report by a who’s-who of top, national security experts at The Center for Security Policy, “most Muslim organizations in America are controlled by the Muslim Brotherhood or a derivative group.”

The five most prominent organizations named specifically by the Muslim Brotherhood as like-minded groups of “friends” in the mission to re-establish a global Islamic caliphate.

Listed PROMINENTLY and FIRST is the Muslim Student Association

As the Muslim Brothers “settled” in North America, they did so according to their stated bylaws. At the University of Illinois in Urbana, the Ikhwan created its first front organization in North America, the Muslim Students Association (MSA) in 1963. Today, MSA chapters are present on many college campuses across the country, serving as recruiting nodes for the MB and, in some cases for violent jihadist organizations

[O]ut of the MSA came nearly every Muslim organization in America today.

Initially, as MSA chapters sprang up on American campuses, they presented Islam in public as an acceptable alternative to other religions, never mentioning its revolutionary aspects. In recent years, MSA members have become ever more aggressive in their demands for accommodations and silencing those who oppose them. [Team B II Report]

We have seen the MSA’s Jew-hatred and silencing tactics on full display in their treatment of Israeli Ambassador Michael Oren at UC-Irvine and support for a second Holocaust at UC-San Diego. Abdurrahman Alamoudi who was arrested in 2003 for terrorist fundraising, is a former President of MSA. Alamoudi, a financier of Al Qaeda, is a compatriot of conservative infiltrator Suhail Khan. You may remember Alamoudi also for his role in starting the Roxbury Mosque. Other former members include Anwar al-Awlaki, the U.S. government’s most-wanted terrorist; Aafia Siddiqui, arrested for attempting to kill U.S. officers in Afghanistan; Ali Asad Chandia, arrested for conspiring with the Kashmiri terrorist group Lashkar-i-Taiba; and Wa’el Hamza Julaidan, founder of Al Qaeda. The Muslim Student Association pledge of allegiance, is in sync with the credo of the Muslim Brotherhood. The MSA claims 150 groups in 25 cities in America. Despite these horrifying truths, common ground with the Left in an anti-Israel agenda clearly helps to ensure the extremist MSA’s continued status as a “mainstream” organization in America by many universities giving them safe harbor for years.

As a reminder, the Muslim Brotherhood's intent as outlined in a 1993 Meeting in Phila. PA: “The 1993 Philadelphia Meeting: A Roadmap for Future Muslim. Brotherhood Actions in the U.S.”...

The Muslim Brotherhood Agenda as outlined in 1991 in Phildelphia:

The process of settlement [of Islam in the United States] is a "Civilization-Jihadist" process with all the word means. The Ikhwan must understand that all their work in America is a kind of grand Jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within and "sabotaging" their miserable house by their hands and the hands of the believers so that it is eliminated and God's religion is made victorious over all religions.

Still want to cling to the naive suggestion that the MSA is just "another" social/religious" group?

BTW, I am not an "anti-Muslim troll," simply someone who is more than a little concerned (as you and all Freepers should be and WOULD if you took the time to study) as to the dangers we face and we wake up and start pushing back.

Call me paranoid if you want but "it ain't paranoia if they are really trying to kill you!"

Did you attend any MSA meetings? Do you know what went on during them? Do you know what went on in the behind the scenes meetings of the leaders?

Sometimes the nose does not smell properly. Sometimes one must utilize the taste buds.

And the German-American Bund was just for German Americans to socialize together.

Okay, kiddies. Reality check here.

Uh, no.

Au contraire - The MSA was not and is not like any other religious group.

I was at USC in the late 70's and early 80's and the Muslim student union was later found out to have harbored some of the worst of the worst of the Muslim Brotherhood. This is now being proven true as some of the most despicable characters were hiding themselves in plain site on our college campuses. More and more information is coming out about this.

I completely disagree with you about this. The MSA is NOT benign, nor is the idea that this woman who has direct connections to the MB and some very nasty Saudi MB and Wahabist characters is something that can be swept away or ignored. In California there is now a very serious problem with Muslims on UC campuses attacking Jewish organizations. Michael Oren came to UC Irvine and had to have armed protection throughout his speech. Jewish kids are afraid to wear any Jewish article for fear now.

It is not Muslim bashing but a clear and present danger.
