For decades Americans have shown the world how to grow more food than they can possibly eat.

So much food that they can BURN it to heat their houses, power their carS AND STILL HAVE TOO MUCH GRAIN!

They have rejected our ideas and methods.

There is a price for stubborn stupidity.

An acre of land can yield many times the amount of crops using modern agricultural methods than it can under subsistence farming techniques, through the use of fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, machinery, irrigation, and improved seeds.

The price of the produced food, however, is necessarily higher. Yes, we can produce more food, but the average Third World peasant does not produce enough value to be able to buy the food he needs to stay alive. Nor can the West afford to subsidize them any longer. We are broke.
