I suggest you read the comments following the article to see that the hard left actually are not disgusted. There are some seriously ill leftists out there. It is "astounding" indeed! Granted it's guardian moonbats, but Good Lord!! 50% of the comments are "The ad is TRUE! Romney IS responsible for her death!" and 45% are "Yes, the ad is crappy, but it's about time Democrats gave back some crap to the right!"
There is a wide gap between that and the handful who get it.
