A lot of people forget that Plugs was successfully operated on for a brain tumor. He ain't been right, since.

He was from a wealthy family, but his father drank upo the inheritance. Biden himself was a top-shelf boozer for years, often appearing at public events somewhat worse for wear. You also have to remember that he is from a rump state. Delaware is largely inhabited on the white side of the tracks by Biden relatives, who possibly voted for him to keep him away from home for most of the week. (He commuted by train to DC).

I was making good progress with this cause, when somehow, a Marxist Mulatto from Mombasa assumed Residency at the WH. This distraction caused my effort to fall apart. But, with the support of my fellow FReepers, I am sure it can be carried.
