I think we should becareful of getting conned on this. These might be routine orders, or orders that seem like a big number but are actually quite insignificant.

I think you're right. 174K rounds is only enough ammo to minimally train 100 officers over the course of a couple of years.

Insignificant hell! This will control the production of the manufacturers for quite a while and prevent the civilian population from having any ammunition. The way around the Second Amendment has always been to stop the supply of ammunition. Sure you can have a gun but you can't have anything to shoot. Quidado AmeriKa. The Marxist Dictator is fulfilling another promise, "to have a civilian army as well trained and equipped as the regular army." The "Oktober Surprise" may very well be domestic. Financial collapse followed by nationwide rioting and martial law.
