With even MSNBC claiming that David Alexrod and the Obama campaign is in panic-mode, I really can’t help but wonder if the right has something “big” on Obama and his administration that has just come to light. Hopefully there is an October surprise on the way. With this administration, the Pubs could come out with a new “October Surprise” every week if they would just stop trying to play nice and “stick to the issues.”
While I agree with you wholeheartedly, my opinion is that the action they would take will be so over-the-top and aggregious that only the most brain-dead psychotic libtards (repetitive, I know) will not be shaking the heads in disbelief and disgust. I have no doubt that the jug-eared moron is going to continue to ramp up his vile and demented actions against Romney-Ryan, flailing away endlessly until that glorious day he has to make his concession speech.
I question whether there has ever been an October Surprise which was executed by the Republicans. They accused GHWB of flying in a supersonic military jet to secretly confer with the Iranians to get them to not release the hostages Iran had taken until the election was over. But even if he had done it, the result wouldn’t have generated a headline because it would simply have resulted in no change in the status quo.IMHO Republican October Surprises are about as common as Republican vote fraud.
In reality the October surprise, like Alinsky Rules for Radicals, depends for its effectiveness on the
willingnesseagerness of wire service journalism to promote Democrats/radicals.
