Ahh . . . Hoss. What will *stop* Obama from doing that? The Supreme Court? Takes time. The issue would not be settled until *after* the election. And if the big O wins, the Supreme Court would likely defer to the electorate’s decision.
That leaves impeachment. Even *if* the Republicans gain control of the Senate, do you really think they can get 67 votes to remove the President (or Vice-President)?
So . . . tell me. Assuming Obama did name Bill Clinton as VP and Obama-Clinton were elected — would it matter what the Constitution says, even assuming the Supreme Court ruled that Clinton were ineligible, if Congress refuses to remove Obama or Clinton?
For that matter, would Obama *care* if Bill Clinton were removed as VP *after* the election? Don’t think so. By then, it is mission accomplished. Mr. Bill would have served his purpose.
Again — it was unconstitutional for Andrew Jackson to kick the Cherokees off their land. What happened to Jackson? The Constitution is valid so long as those in power will enforce it. Obama doesn’t care and Congress won’t.
Also, they can’t start calling Ryan dumb or unqualified...they have completely lost that narrative.

Today Obama keeps Biden as his VP. Wait until the Dem convention and all of a sudden all of the delegates vote for Hillary. Not Obama’s fault that Biden is not wanted on the ticket.

It would be settled well before the election. One state attorney general could do it. But there would like be two dozen of them.
An injunction against ballot access for that ticket could be gained within 24 hours.
True, it might take months to resolve after that. But the election will still go off as scheduled -- without a Democrat ticket on the ballot. It would be up to the Democrats to select another VP nominee in order to gain ballot access.
This is a wholly academic argument anyway. There is no way Obama will pick Slick Willie. It's even less likely that Slick would accept it...
There is NO WAY the Convention will do anything suggested by Sarah Palin. The media and the left would have 10,000 hissy fits. The backlash would be stupendous. These people are so shallow that even if it would benefit them, the mere fact that Sarah mentioned the suggestion dictates that they will never, ever do it.
