According to American journalist Richard Silverstein, who spoke with the BBC, he received a classified document leaked by a senior IDF officer to a former senior minister, a document that is a synopsis of a high-level briefing between Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Ehud Barak addressing the planned assault against Iran. Silverstein adds there are those who will dispute the legitimacy of the document he has in hand, but he remains convinced as to the authenticity of the document.
Silverstein broke the story on his blog on August 15, 2012, describing an Israeli assault against Iran’s nuclear program involving “coordinated strike” which includes an unprecedented cyber attack which will bring the entire Iranian regime to its knees, paralyzing the nation regarding what it taking place within its borders. This will include all forms of communications, telephones, television, internet and much more, including the nation’s electric grid, which will not just be disabled but damaged. This cyber attack will neutralize fiber optic lines connecting to the Khorramabad and Isfahan underground missile bases.

About a week ago, I received the document from a known and trusted source who is, as I’ve often said here, a former Israeli government minister. It was in turn leaked to him by an IDF officer.
Unbeknowst to my source, the original IDF leaker also gave the document to a member of the Fresh forum, an Israeli gossip and politics forum. That Fresh member wrote a largely fictional account that included very limited portions of the actual document which I published in full.
Sounds like possible “Psy Ops” stuff to me...but what do I know...

It could very well be. I'm pretty sure Silverstein is against any war with Iran so he would be a good (witting or unwitting) conduit for "Psy Ops" material.
Nothing is accidentally leaked in Israel. If this was leaked then it was on purpose.

The nuclear production facilities cannot operate with power..lots of power. The production and transmission equipment is highly vunerable..plus it puts and immediate hardship on the Iranian people..who aren’t real happy with their current government now. Plus the communication grid is essential to destroy. People focus on the hardened nuclear facilities, but if they can’t produce power or communicate..they are useless.
Misinformation campaign. Throw out all kinds of stuff to keep the persian muzzies off kilter.
