(Reuters) - Time magazine and CNN said on Thursday they were reinstating journalist Fareed Zakaria after suspending him last week for plagiarism.
Time said in a statement that it believed Zakaria made an "unintentional error" in what was an "isolated incident" in a recent column on gun control for the magazine that he took from another writer.
"We look forward to having Fareed's thoughtful and important voice back in the magazine with his next column in the issue that comes out on September 7," Time said in a statement.
Cable news channel CNN said that after a thorough internal review of Zakaria's work on his Sunday TV shows, blogs and documentaries, "we found nothing that merited continuing the suspension."

I imagine that’s why Fareed came to America. He’s a minority. He can get away with murder and the white boys are afraid to do anything to him. Lots of lawyers in America. Can you say discrimination lawsuit?
After all, if a Democrat plagiarist can become VP of the country, it doesn’t make a whole lot of sense anymore to hold THIS leftist freak accountable.....

Sounds like the Middle East share holders made a phone call.
Maybe Fareed can do lunch with Joe Biden & Doris Kerns Goodwin? They all have lifted lines from others smarter than themselves and their careers have continued to flourish. Liberals have no standards at all.
And anyway, it was Time Magazine. No one even read it. And if CNN’s report hadn’t been helpfully re-broadcast by Jim Robinson, no one would have heard he was reinstated either.
The only thing more pointless than being published by Time is being published by Newsweek. They don’t have the readership of your average blog.
