Progressive put up a lot of resistance to paying to fix my car. I’m very aggressive in situations like that and they paid eventually but someone that is timid would have had a much harder time.
If you get hit by someone that has Progressive Insurance, be ready to play tough with them.

I learned a long time ago that the insurance company’s job is to say “No”. You have to be absolutely unafraid to climb their corporate ladder, yelling and jumping on desks until you find someone that says “Maybe”...and you know you’re on the right track. Then you yell and jump some more until you find the person that says “Yes”.
You have to wear a cup...and keep the pucker factor high and tight.
