With "shirtless Paul Ryan" a trending search term, and TMZ reportedly poking around, it's only a matter of time before a shirtless image of the vice presidential candidate surfaces (see a photo of him in a sleeveless shirt). Ryan, an avid fitness buff (get details on his workout regimen), has just six percent body fat (what other desirable feature does he reportedly have?).

While I'm sure Ryan is a very fit individual I don't buy 6% body fat for a moment.

He is currently about 9.5-10% BF...which is very low and he does have a very fit body for his age...better than 95% of men in his age group

I have seen guys at a true 7%-7.5%, University tested, and there is no comparison with Paul Ryan. No man can stay at 6% for very long...competition only...no water for a week etc. Guys at this low, 6% don't even brush their teeth days before a contest so no water gets in their mouth
