This article is excellent in that it places Ryan in a light that is filled with logic. Ryan is not an ideologue, he is a man passionate for individual rights and loves mankind.

I do not see his desire for a safety net as bad, I am not against all government or all government help, I simply believe that less is good. I think that Mr. Ryan would agree.

I personally, and I think most republicans and even conservatives have no desire to throw the helpless into the streets to be taken care of by the church. Libertarians may have that goal. I don’t hate someone because they do feel that way, in fact I think I can understand it, I simply don’t feel the same way.

I feel that in a free society that there will be such a demand for labor and such competition for goods that all goods will be low priced and everyone will be able to find work that can work. Those that cannot work will be a small part of society and yes I think society should help them.

I am liking more and more what I am hearing from our likely president and vise president nominees.
