Uh, she’s already tied to the King’s policies. (just like Condoleeza Rice was tied to Bush’s policies) She’s been tied to the King’s policies for 4 years, now. So the excuse that she turned it down because she didn’t want to be tied to the King’s policies doesn’t wash.
